Bluebird Acquisition does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary payment in the ordinary course of business. Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to cover certain everyday business activities, such as using analytics or advertising tools. This page lets you submit a request to opt out of any such activity, and to ask us not to share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent applicable under your state's law.

1. What This Covers

This request applies to personal information collected through our website and intake forms, such as your name, contact details, and property address. It does not affect information you've shared as part of an active or closed transaction, which we retain as needed to fulfill that transaction and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

2. How to Submit a Request

To submit a Do Not Sell / Do Not Share request, email contactus@bluebirdacquisition.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Info," or call (217) 408-2781. Please include your name and the phone number or email address you've used to contact us, so we can locate your record.

3. Verification

To protect your information from fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request, using information you have already provided to us.

4. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge you a different rate, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right described here or in our Privacy Policy.

6. Response Time

We aim to respond to and process verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable state law, generally within 45 days.
